We seek your continued feedback and below is our replacement policy .
***If a box contains more than 2 spoiled mangoes (to be reported within 24hours after receiving order), they will be replaced 1-to-1 at the shop or adjusted in your next order!
• 2 mangoes 🥭 per box expected to be bad due to weather conditions and we do double check but it’s perishable fruit pl understand. If 3rd mango spoiled will be replaced 1-1 thanks
• If you have feedback of size of mangoes 🥭 then there will be no replacement provided but we can provide discounts of 30% on complementary basis if it genuinely not satisfied on first time feedback basis and there will be delivery charge for additional order less than S$70 or replacement of mangoes 🥭 for such order .
